A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Life Coach, Certified Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Talia brings a rare combination of professional training and lived experience to every room she enters.
Her story includes childhood trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, addiction, incarceration, gang involvement, and violence. For years, survival shaped many of her choices.
Eventually, Talia began recognizing how unresolved pain was influencing the patterns she continued repeating. That realization became a turning point.
She stopped asking only:
“What happened to me?”
And began asking:
“What am I going to do about what happens next?”
